Purchase of collections

I buy ammonites from private individuals to enlarge my collection:

• Complete collections, recent or old, or remarkable individual specimens
• Whole ammonites (uncut, not polished), in good condition, prepared or not, but of known origin.
• If you don't know the species or the geological stage, I will determine them
• No professional sellers please.

In particular, I am looking for albian ammonites (but not only!) from:

• French classical locations : Ardennes, Aube (Perchois quarries), Meuse, Seine-Maritime, Wissant, Yonne, southeast of France (Vercors, Escragnolles, Clars, Gourdon, Salazac)
• South America (Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Argentina)
• Southeast of England (Folkestone), Russia or Kazakhstan
• Africa (Angola, Maroc, Madagascar, Tunisie, Somalie)

How to proceed? To study your proposal, please send to this mail address your name, postal address, and the list of specimens (Word or Excel file for instance), with the name of each species and the geological stage (if you know them), the origin, the diameter of the shell and your price. Add 3 readable pictures per ammonite : the two sides and the venter (the external side). Do not forget to map list and pictures, for instance using numbers. The pictures are sometimes too big and rejected by mailers. In that case, you can send me a zipped archive, use a website dedicated to big file transfers, like WeTransfer or TransferNow, or put the pictures in an online shared photo album, like Google Photos.
